Saucy Walker Ideal’s 1950’s 22” Doll in Original Box

Made in the U.S.A. by the Ideal Toy Corporation of Hollis, New York.   Ideal's Walking-Flirting Doll  #2007,  Ideal made the Saucy Walker 22" doll between 1951 and 1955.   She is made of all hard plastic with a pin jointed body.   The Ideal mark is on the back of her neck.  

Her face is very pretty and bright.   Her clothes are original, and the shoes are marked "Ideal".

She is wearing a brunette (brownish red) wig styled in pigtails with ribbons; has green, flirty eyes that open and close; and an open mouth with two teeth.  

She has been enjoyed and played with.   The doll is in excellent condition showing a few small black marks at the neck where her head moved when she walked.   She does want to walk a bit.  When her head moves into position, the marks do not show.   Her clothes are lightly soiled and her ribbons are frayed.    She is wearing her original one piece full white underwear and socks. 

Saucy Walker comes in her original box which is in exceptional condition.    Remarkable.
